- We have a 5 hour cancellation policy, all appointments cancelled less than 5 hours in advance will be charged to your credit card on file up to $100. All medical appointments with the doctor, including Free Consultations, not cancelled at least 5 hours in advance will result in your card being charged $100.
- You can return any product with proof of purchase within 14 days for a full store credit.
